Can my toddler see well? Do they need glasses?

It’s common for toddlers to not yet express when they’re having trouble with their vision. But as a parent, there are signs to watch out for. If your child is squinting, tilting their head, rubbing their eyes frequently, or having difficulty focusing on objects, they may need a vision test. Also, if they’re having trouble with activities like reading, drawing, or playing sports, it could indicate a vision issue.

At Steel City Pediatrics, we are equipped to assess your toddler’s vision, and refer if necessary. If you have concerns, call our office today to schedule an appointment with a provider.
